We can collaboratively identify unhelpful narratives, assess their accuracy, and uncover wider perspectives that lead to a more comprehensive and balanced sense of self. We can gradually build a stronger foundation of self-esteem so that your mental energy can be re-directed towards thriving in your everyday life.
