Experiencing a traumatic event, series of events, or longstanding relational trauma can cause significant suffering and impede our well-being. Trauma often leaves us feeling stuck or unable to break free from harmful cycles.
 
It is important that you are able to engage in life in a way that is meaningful and satisfying to you, despite what you have been through or are presently experiencing.
 
In a gentle, paced manner, I seek to guide you through the process of understanding your experiences, regulating your nervous system, and re-connecting to the present moment, thereby learning to consciously step outside of the unhelpful cycles. Most importantly, I will ensure you feel empowered and in control during our sessions.
