To feel stressed is inevitable in our modern society. There are countless demands on our time and energy and sometimes it becomes too much. We may unknowingly develop unhelpful habits in an effort to try to control the distress that we feel, leading to even more distress down the road. 

Anxiety manifests differently for everyone, though there are common symptoms. Regardless of what you are worried about and how that worry presents itself, there are ways to manage your internal and external environment to feel more at ease. 

Learning how to manage anxiety effectively leads to longer lasting relief and allows you to engage in your life in a meaningful way despite the life stressors you face. 

**Please note: I am able to work with mild to moderate anxiety. If you are experiencing severe anxiety, a more specialized provider will be a better fit.
